Anunnaki Myth Series pt.2: The Great Flood: Anunnaki Reset or Natural Disaster?
When the Gods Chose to Start Over?
To Start Over? Flood myths exist all over the world—from the Bible’s Noah to the Sumerian Ziusudra and Akkadian Utnapishtim. Many scholars see these as symbolic stories about seasonal floods or moral purification. But Zecharia Sitchin and others, read deeply into Mesopotamian tablets, and offer a much bolder claim:
The Great Flood was not an act of nature.
It was a deliberate decision by the Anunnaki to wipe out their own creation—us.In Sitchin’s view, the Flood wasn’t divine punishment—it was genetic reset.
Or was it? Could it be possible that it was all symbolic of the inner workings of the bantu body? Our great brother Bobby Hemmit gave a more clearer, much bantu bantu-centric perspective on these matters guided by his teachers, deities and ancestry to bring forward the message out to the people.

📜 The Story from the Tablets:
Note: An epic is a lengthy narrative poem recounting extraordinary deeds of characters interacting with gods or superhuman forces, shaping the mortal universe; originating in oral traditions with formal speech, epics like Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey, Virgil’s Aeneid, the epic of Gilgamesh, and Beowulf
According to the Atra-Hasis Epic and other Sumerian sources:
- Humanity became “too noisy” and numerous.
- Enlil, the strict Anunnaki commander, grew frustrated with humans and wanted them eliminated.
- Enki, humanity’s creator and advocate, was forbidden from intervening—but he found a loophole.
- Enki whispered the warning into the walls of a reed hut where a faithful man (Ziusudra or Utnapishtim) was hiding.
- That man was told to build a submersible vessel—not a boat with sails, but a sealed container.
- When the waters came, humanity was nearly destroyed. But thanks to Enki’s secret aid, a remnant survived—including the DNA of animals.
This, as you may be aware, predates the Biblical flood story by over a thousand years.

🔍 Sitchin’s Interpretation
Sitchin interprets the flood as a cosmic political crisis:
- Enlil, focused on control and order, wanted to erase the human “experiment.”
- Enki, loyal to his creation, risked disobedience to protect it.
It might not have been a myth after all?
- Another theory by these guys is that the flood may have been caused by a gravitational shift, perhaps due to Nibiru’s passage or a polar wobble triggered by celestial mechanics.
He suggests that:
- The flood wiped out the first generation of human settlements.
- Survivors were re-seeded afterwards by Anunnaki guidance.
- The kingship and priesthood of later Sumerian cities came directly from this post-Flood restoration. (You will hear David Icke and others about this theory.)
🧠 Symbolic Meaning for the bantu Seeker
Let’s look at it symbolically. This myth reveals deep truths about the human condition:
- Enlil = the controlling/conscious mind — when life becomes “too noisy,” we try to destroy what we don’t understand.
- Enki = the creative/unconscious soul — always seeking ways to protect, adapt, and evolve.
- The Flood = the ego collapse, emotional breakdown, or spiritual crisis that wipes away old structures, and raises the khundalini energy.
- The Ark = your inner sanctuary—that part of you which listens to Spirit and prepares for rebirth.
Esoteric insight: The Flood is not just world wide—it’s personal, it’s inner workings. We all face inner floods. Survival depends on what you build before the waters rise. – or something like that.
🧘 What to do for Inner workings
1. Reflect on the flood/the many thoughts
Ask:
- Where in my life is chaos rising?
- What outdated structures that were once dominant but now need to be washed away?
- Am I raising my inner Enki—or ignoring it?
- Am I making amends?
2. Ark Meditation
Close your eyes and take your attention to the center of your eyes. don’t think, don’t force it just let the God inside you do its Godly thing – C.Freeman El
3. Ancestral Connection
Consider this:
- Many African, South American, and over the world bantu stories have flood myths.
- They often include star-beings, DNA preservation, or hidden survivors.
Your ancestry carries memories of a collective spiritual reset, or rebirth. Write, speak and pour libations to your ancestors and ask:
What wisdom did you carry through the flood? Ashe!
